I found out recently that a treatment for whiplash is meditation, along with gentle stretches and limiting screentime. So, whether or not you’ve had a minor car accident, I invite you to do like me.

We will sit for a few minutes, empty our minds, and note any thoughts before letting them slip away.

Straighten the spine, if you can, and gently close your eyes.
That was nice, wasn’t it?
I wanted to share a thought with you in the hopes of remembering it.
I can only answer my body’s needs by listening to what it asks.
Just one act today because I am limiting my screentime, but it’s a valuable action for us all.
